Jointly sponsored by:

&

Network of Myanmar American Association (NetMAA)

Have you applied for a loan modification or refinancing under the President Obama administration plan?  Did you run into roadblocks or were you able to avoid foreclosure?

Foreclosure cases are increasing daily.  Of the one hundred twenty or so million homes in America, more than 4% or roughly 4.8 million of them are facing foreclosure.  While homeowners are able to work their way out from getting their homes foreclosed, some are feeling threatened because they are seriously behind on their mortgage payments.

If you are facing foreclosure, you do not need to pay for assistance.   APALC attorneys will explain your legal rights during the foreclosure process, assess whether you are a candidate for loan modification or other alternatives, and assist you even if you are a victim of predatory lending or foreclosure rescue companies that charged you without performing any services.  Free of charge.

APALC is the nation's largest legal organization serving the Asian and Pacific Islander (API) communities.  APALC advocates for civil rights, provides legal services and education, and builds coalitions to positively influenced and impacted Asian Pacific Americans to create a more equitable and harmonious society.
